Elyns Group strictly follows the plagiarism policy of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Plagiarism in any form (Self, Direct, Mosaic and accidental) is not acceptable. Thus, we strongly suggest that all authors check manuscript content before submission. Elyns Group uses Ithenticate to ensure the manuscript is free of plagarized text and data.
The cover letter should contain an official statement of approval fromall participating authors declaring the submission to the Journal of Integrated Technologies. The letter should specify the elaborated title, list of authors with affiliations, correspondence address, ratio of contribution, and conflicts of interest. The letter should give any additional information that may be helpful to the editor, such as the type of article, information on prior or duplicate publication or parallel submission of any part of the work in journals elsewhere, and whether the author(s) will be willing to meet the processing charges. Include copies of any permissions needed to reproduce published material or to use illustrations of identifiable subjects or objects.
Manuscripts are accepted only in word document format (.doc or .docx). Figures of high definition only in Jpeg/Jpg/Tiff formats are acceptable. Tables and graphs with legends should be submitted in separate word documents
The participating authors should meet the following criteria in order to be listed in the publication.
1. Direct or indirect contribution in the process of planning, designing, implementation, data collection/acquisition and organization.
2. Involvement in intellectual data compilation i.e. documentation, edition, and revision
3. Read and approvethe submission of the final version of the manuscript.
4. Bear responsibility and accountability for the metadata.
Declaration of Conflicts of Interest
Every author of the manuscript is required to submit a conflict of interest disclosurealong with the manuscript. Each author is mandated to submit the COI form even in the case of no conflicts. Authors may download the COI form from ICMJE and submit the completed form to the journal along with the manuscript.
Any research involving occasional/intentional/regular usage of animals or human subjects should obtain the appropriate approvals from institutional review boards or committees. The corresponding information, such as approval details, name of the relevant ethics committee and the reference number for their judgment, should be stated in the cover letter.
Clinical Trial Information
Standardized and authorized protocols should be followed for conducting and reporting on clinical trials on humans. Standardized reporting guidelines such as CONSORT, PRISMA, STROBE, COREQ, ENTREQ, SAMPL etc. provided by Equator network & NLM's Research Reporting Guidelines should be followed for enhancing the quality and transparency of health research.
Preparing the Manuscript
The title page of the manuscript should contain a short, yet descriptive, title of the manuscript (Should not exceed 15 words), list of authors with their highest academic degrees and affiliations (address where the research was conducted), details of the corresponding author, including name and complete address with telephone, fax number and e-mail address, word count, number of tables and figures, sources of support, any disclaimers and conflict of interest declarations.
Original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses and case reports require structured abstracts. The abstract should provide the context or background for the study and should state the study's purpose, basic procedures, main findings, and principal conclusions. It should highlight novel and significant aspects of the study or observations, as well as note important limitations. Authors need to ensure that the abstract accurately reflects the content and that it is not the same as the introduction and other sections. Authors need to provide the clinical trial registration numbers (for clinical trials) at the end of the abstract.
Three to six key words which explain the research
All the abbreviations which are used in the article should be listed here.
The introduction should provide the context or background for the study and state the purpose or research objectives, as well as the hypothesis of the study or the observation. The content in the introduction should be cited properly using more recent references. Avoid providing unrelated and limited information
An elaborated description containing design, various protocols, techniques, and instruments used for the experimental conduct and proof in support of the proposed hypothesis or theory should be covered. This category should rationally explain why and how the specified experimental approaches are used. This section should exclusively cover experimental details that were listed in the protocol before starting the experiments. All information obtained during the study should be provided in the Results section. Standard protocols should be credited with appropriate references.
A logical sequence for the presentation of results (text, tables, and figures) should be followed in the order of significance. The most important findings should be prioritized. Detailed representation of primary and secondary outcomes identified in the methods section is highly recommended. The results presented in tables and figures should beplaced in close proximity to the text describing them in order to improve the accessibility of the data. Do not repeat all the data in the tables or figures in the text.
A clear linking of the main findings with the purpose of the study should be explicitly discussed in this section. A logical conclusion, interpretation and data generation from the experimental study should be the aim of this section. For experimental studies, it is useful to begin the discussion by briefly summarizing the main findings, then explore possible mechanisms or explanations for these findings, compare and contrast the results with other relevant studies, state the limitations of the study, and explore the implications of the findings for future research and for clinical practice.
This contains the details of financial and moral support to the authors, grants, funding agencies, partners, collaborations, etc.
References of articles, books, conferences, blogs, and websites, should be organized in this section. The reference should contain names of the authors, title of the referenced article/book, name of the journal/publisher, year of publication, volume number/edition and page number. References are numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first cited in the text.
References should follow the standards summarized in the NLM's International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) Recommendations
Halpern SD, Ubel PA, Caplan AL. Solid-organ transplantation in HIV-infected patients. N Engl J Med. 2002 Jul 25; 347(4):284-7.
Tables should be uploaded at the end of the document after the “References section.” Tables should have a short descriptive title, should be numbered using Arabic numerals, and should be cited in the text. Symbols and abbreviations represented in the table should be explained in footnotes below the table. For example,‘The results from the In-Vitro dissolution testing are presented in Table 1’. Figures should be uploaded at the end of the document after “Tables.” A suitable title and short explanation should be provided in the figure legend. Figures should be numbered using Arabic numerals and cited in the text. Good quality images should be provided.

Editorial work flow
Upon successful submission of the manuscript, the author will be notified accordingly. All manuscripts are subjected to plagiarism check and pre quality control(QC) check. Once the manuscript is accepted in pre QC check, it will be assigned to one of our editors of relevant expertise. The editor may accept/reject/suggest revision of the manuscript based on the quality. The editor may also assign the manuscript to 2-3 reviewers with appropriate expertise. The reviewers have the freedom to accept/reject/suggest revision of the manuscript based on the quality and novelty of the paper. The articles will be accepted if at least 2 out of 3 (majority) indicate acceptance. If any reviewer suggests revision (i.e. major or minor) the corresponding author will be notified ofthe revision (with suggested amendments) towards the publication. If at least 2 out of 3 (majority) suggest to reject the article, it will be rejected and author will be informed accordingly.
The revised manuscripts will be cross checked with the reviewer’s comments and published with their acceptance. However, the editor’s decision is final in any stage of the editorial process. Articles submitted to other journals, published articles, articles with plagiarism, and copied articles without any reference will be rejected outright. ELYNS follows a fast track 14-day peer review process (provided all details are accurate). Full texts and PDF formats of the accepted articles will be made available on line within 5-7 days of acceptance in the Article in Press section of the website.
